Streaming subscriptions

Hello, I recently subscribed for Disney+/Hulu bundle, HBO max, & Netflix bundle through the Xfinity Streamstore. I got the Netflix signed up without any issues, but for some reason I never got the link to signup for the Disney/Hulu and HBO max. When I click on the manage  subscriptions tab, it doesn't show any information about the statuses.
