Streaming: Recent Channels

I've been noticing a bunch of programs appearing in the recent channel section of my stream.  No one in my family claims to have watched these show.   Some have the "in-home" icon.  All have the remaining time posted with them. If no one is watching these channels, from where is the data coming?  Has my account been "hacked"?
