Streaming problems

Why do certain channels buffer or freeze during viewing. I’ve done everything suggested. The xfinity app is flawed in many ways.

abinam Do you experience the buffering/freezing issue even while using the Xfinity Stream site? You may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the App. Also, are you noticing these issues while connected to your in-home WiFi or are you away from home?

It’s definitely an issue with the Xfinity app, this not only happens on Roku devices, but the Amazon FireStick as well. They have the audacity to say they have no reported widespread issues about this problem but I see forums all over the place complaining about their streams freezing during ads. 

Xfinity, stop gaslighting us and making it seem like the issue is on the consumers end, or the stream box suppliers. Take accountability and fix this issue.

Agreed.  So frustrating.  We pay so much for Xfinity and this is the one feature we want to work.
