Streaming on laptop
Hello. I have been trying to stream the World Series on my laptop while connected to my home Wifi but I have the little note telling me to "connect to in-home Wifi to watch" above a greyed out "Watch Channel" arrow. I am in fact connected to my in-home Wifi and can stream other channels right now on that same laptop. How do I remedy this? Basically not sure why Xfinity website is not recognizing that I am connected to in-home Wifi. (Sitting less 6 feet from modem and have a steady internet connection).

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
