Streaming on home wifi

Ever since we switched modems I have not been able to stream shows that require 'in-home Wifi'.  We have given you our modem information multiple times.  How do we get this to work?

run the xfinity my account app. select the internet tab and touch the gateway/modem shown. (is there more than one?) compare the serial number on the app with the HFC MAC address that is on the gateway. do they match exactly?
