Streaming issues

We were streaming with no issues for months, but this last Friday March 7, we noticed poor grainy pictures, and when the picture quality improved to HD, it buffered, sometimes for extended periods. The picture would then default to poor quality to continue playing. This happens across streaming platforms, across DVRs, and on multiple TVs, even a brand new 4k tv.

The Xfinity app resets the modem, but this doesn't get rid of the problem.

What are my options?
