Streaming issues

no longer can get my TV to stream xfinity streaming. We have completed all of the troubleshooting steps and it still gives the error message that it’s attempting to connect and will try again. However it no longer works. Can you

We'll ask a few questions to get a better understanding and work together, so you're able to enjoy your shows. Are you receiving any error code or message, and, is this issue isolated to your TV?

We can watch all other streaming services except Xfinity Streaming and it's only on the one TV?  We tried bypassing the TV and bought a firestick thinking maybe the streaming for the TV was messed up.  Firestick works for all things except Xfinity Streaming.
