streaming is not working on my laptop

I am no longer able to stream on my laptop. Xfinity Stream opens as usual. However, when I click on anything to watch, I get the 3 dots as it loads but then it either just continues to try & load or I get the "resume" notice. I have tried incognito mode, clearing the cache, & rebooting our modem. Nothing helps. (Note: I had some issues with the mobile app earlier in the week, but that seems to have resolved itself)

I am experiencing this issue in Chrome on my windows laptop. I installed Firefox and it is working OK now, but Chrome is still not working. Following to see if a resolution is proposed.

@mlinny​ I just tried Bing & it's working. Must be something with Chrome. Frustrating
