I watched the app on my iphone and Bravo always freezes. Sooooo annoying! Please help! I've uninstalled the app several times and it still doesn't work.

Hello @user_6e8625 I do apologize for the issues you've encountered with the streaming app. I appreciate you uninstalling and reinstalling to help with the troubleshooting steps.
Have you also tried to clear cache and cookies on the browser by any chance?

I have this same problem and keep calling Xfinity and it never gets resolved. So frustrating!
