Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I understand you are running into an error code when attempting to watch a live game. I'm sure it was frustrating, but we can do our best to help. This error code can pop up if you are not connected to your in-home network or your streaming device is not recognizing the network. Are you using a Flex/Xumo device or a third-party device like a Roku?
