Streaming error: tvapp-00502 & tvapp-00500
Once again I have these errors and xfinity customer service is unable to help. On the phone with one of them for over half an hour to once again uninstall the app, reinstall the app, reboot the internet, and wait around 1hr for a text asking if the issue was resolved. Spoiler alert: 1. it hasn't and 2. it has been past the hour and I have not received the text. Y A Y ! Why isn't the solution to these issues saved in a log for CS agents to refer to? Cant wait to deal with customer service again in the morning to once again be told to uninstall, reinstall, reboot, and wait.

Hello, @user_e937d5! Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your TVAPP error codes. This is not the experience we would like you to have. And I appreciate your attempts at troubleshooting on your end. That is always a great start. I'd like to check the status of the account. We can troubleshoot further if needed. Could you please send our team a private message with your name and service address? Our team can take a further look at this issue.
