streaming error tvapp-00287

I received this message when trying to stream on Roku. Unable to watch Xfinity on my Roku. Also, when streaming, I have sound but NO VIDEO. Any suggestions?

Hello @joematarazzo1 I am sorry to hear you are experiencing streaming trouble. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? Can you please use this link https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup?execution=e1s1 to confirm you have are logged in with the preferred username on file? -Yvonne
