Streaming error: connect to home WiFi

Having issues since connecting to a new gateway box. None of our devices for streaming will allow us to watch certain channels including our LG TV. I have signed out of the streaming app and reconnected to our home WiFi but nothing works. Timing is terrible as we are trying to watch World Cup on Fox

Is this issue still ongoing for you? Can you share with me any additional troubleshooting steps you have attempted since this concern first became known outside of signing out and back into the app?
