Streaming CNBC locks up all open windows

When I just move the window a little on the screen it starts up again. This started recently and hadn't happened previously.  This is on a PC, with Windows 11 and a computer and internet connection I don't use very often during the winter and is on Chrome.  Any help would be appreciated.
