Streaming Bundle

I am not able to activate my Disney Hulu account that comes with my streaming bundle. When I try it asks for me to select a plan and pay. I was able to activate HBO just fine. What am I doing wrong?

user_fwjdz4 Hello! Thank you for reaching out. When you go to (xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions) and you see Disney/Hulu to the right, does it show 'Activate'? What happens after you click on that? Are you seeing an error message, or is it prompting you to pick a plan?
