Streaming Apps
The streaming app is not working on my smart tv or phone. I tried deleting the app from my phone and reinstalling but now it won’t even let me sign on. I just get a message that something went wrong and to try again. There is nothing I can type into Ask Xfinity that gets me anywhere.

Hey there, @user_f85134! I am sorry to hear about your troubles with the Xfinity Stream App. We recently had troubles with our stream App, and our engineer team worked as quickly to resolve the issue. Are you still having troubles with the Stream App?
