Streaming app

It shows the streaming app is included with plan. I can download to phone and works fine. When I tried to use on Roku it wants me

to sign up and pay.

No just internet. But shows on my plan it’s included for free. I had no problem getting to work on my phone.

user_3fd5m2 Upon review, you would be able to use the app on your phone. However, you would need cable services if you're trying to access it on other devices like Apple TV, LG TV, Roku etc.

From what I’m reading it states that

Yes, the Xfinity Stream app and portal are included with your Xfinity internet service. However, the extent of what you can access through the app or portal depends on whether you also have an Xfinity TV subscription.
  • Xfinity Internet Only:
If you have Xfinity internet service without a TV package, you can still access the Xfinity Stream app and portal. However, you'll only be able to stream free content, such as free channels and on-demand content, and not the full range of channels included in a TV subscription.
