Streaming app

Did anyone else lose the majority of their channels on the xfinity streaming app???

Yeah it's missing alot as is our list of scheduled recordings...it recorded the 8pm shows but nothing else...and now it says "no recording scheduled for next 14 dats". Tried the fix going to the xfinity button remote navigating to sync dvr...but nothing. This was an issue a year ago I've read and apparently right after an update...

Called this morning and they opened a ticket- it’s now “fixed” on all my TVs

I am missing NBA TV and TNT in the Xfinity Stream app on my mobile devices and missing a host of channels on that app on my Roku premiere.

Hi @Jiman49, Thanks for bringing your Stream app issues to our community for assistance. I'm sorry to hear you're missing NBA games! We will work together to get this figured out. Have you had the opportunity to troubleshoot?

Can you uninstall and re-install the stream app? Next can you reboot your Roku device and modem for us?
