Streaming App not recognized on Home WiFi after upgraded to Xfinity X1 modem

I just upgraded from my Arris Surfboard modem to an Xfinity X1 modem with Pro WiFi Extender and now none of my devices thinks I'm connected to my home network.  All devices were restarted and the Xfinity app removed and reinstalled multiple times.  How do I get the devices recognized as being on my home network?  All the answers I see here say to DM someone, but I don't see that option.
