Streaming App missing recorded shows

This appears to be a recent issue on all my devices that run the app (iPad, IPhone and Roku TV). I will record and everything goes well. Once finished it will basically disappear from my list of recordings. I have ample space remaining and the app will even show the correct current count but the title will be missing. When I review the list on one of my TV boxes, the full list is there. 

I’ve tried watching the show for a few minutes on the TV with the box, hoping the app would “recognize” the title but it never does. I’ve synced the DVR, logged out, force quit the app, deleted the app and reinstalled.

This has really ruined an enjoyable feature where I could briefly scan the app on my iPad, select a show to be recorded and later watch on the same device. Now that the recorded show is basically missing I find myself limited to which devices I can watch it on. I would appreciate any help or a solution l
