Streaming app says I have a parent pin set up and won't let watch any of my shows. I don't have a pin setup according to my account page I disabled it but it still asks for one (I have no clue what it is). So I'm stuck.

Thank you for reaching out @user_f8e339. Since you do not know your pin, begin by accessing xfinity.com/profile on your computer, laptop or mobile device. Log in using your Xfinity ID or email address and password. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner, which allows you to reset your parental controls, manage your Purchase PINs and update your TV app settings.
