stream picture quality

it shows espn (HD) yet its not in HD. its horrible quality like 720p streched to fit the screen. yet when i log on my phone its a bit better. this happens every single time i watch F1 or motoGP. if i log in to espn sites under my xfinity name their stream is a bit better. 

yet every single other stream service i use i have zero issues. full 4k w/HDR etc. so i can guess its not a connection issue
