Hi, @bcavoli. Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I see you are running into some trouble streaming on our fantastic Stream App. I mainly stream most of what I watch, so I can understand what a pain this must be. The first thing I normally check is the system requirements to ensure your device is compatible. 

 

As you can find here, the requirements for Mac are:

 

Macintosh Computer Requirements

If you access the Xfinity Stream portal on a Macintosh computer (Mac), your Mac must meet the following minimum requirements.

Hardware

• Intel Core Duo 1.83 GHz or faster processor
• 256 MB RAM

Supported Operating Systems

• OS X 10.7 or later (OS X 10.14.4 or later if using Safari)
  
  

Web Browsers

Browser version updates are usually performed automatically, but if you’re on an outdated browser, you may be asked to manually update your browser.
