Stream not working on Chrome, but working on Safire for my macbook air

I get this error when on my home network using chrome: 

"We can't connect to your device"

But I can stream on my home wifi network using Safari; also works on my i-phone.

Issue seems to be Chrome.

Can anyone help?

go to help about on chrome. what is the full version? does it start upgrading when you go to 'about'?

I upgraded Chrome when I thought it was the source of the problem.

Here's the version: Version 86.0.4240.111 (Official Build) (x86_64)

It did not start upgrading when I went to "About".
