Stream missing channels with Roku

​Having the same problem-missing many channels, only on my roku connected smart tv. Only discovered problem today but haven’t tried to view these channels recently ​

@user_99ca72​ same. I just signed up with YTTV. I watch TV about a dozen times a year and I got nothing today with a house full of guests. Unacceptable. Where’s a credit?!

As of 11:30 this Thanksgiving morning We’ve lost all our favorite channels and are missing 90% of “All Channels” on the Xfinity Stream App on our ROKU TV’s.  Apparently the demand is so high on this holiday, the APP and system are overloaded.   What’s being done about this Xfinity?

Can you send us a direct message.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
