Stream Lost Channels

Xfinity Stream only showing limited number of channels - System was Ok on Wednesday 11/23, sometime yesterday 11/24 afternoon, channels disappeared from stream application.

Same here. I was watching yesterday and all of a sudden it froze up. (I stream through a roku.) I reloaded the XFinity app and now I only have TNT. Called support yesterday and it resolved nothing. Tried again today and now I am on a call back list.

@user_fe5aa6​ Glad you posted this-I almost reloaded the app and saw your post.  At least I have the TV GO channels.

I have the exact same issue-only showing the TO GO channels (Beta version).  I am at home and my WiFi is up-not using cellular data.

Hello @monsherry1. Thank you for sharing your experience here on the Xfinity Community Forum. This issue appears to be resolved for some. Because some time has passed since you created this post, I wanted to check in to see if this has been resolved for you yet?

All channels came back on my iphone, but still showing the TVGO version on the laptop.  Came back about 6 pm Friday.
