@user_q7ip5d thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page. I'd like to do everything I can to help with that error message you are receiving. The first thing we want to do is check for any updates make sure that the Roku is on the most up-to-date software, and make sure the Xfinity Stream app is the most up-to-date version. Once you verify and/or update if you still receive the error, uninstall and reinstall the app. Let me know how that works out.
