Stream crashes - apple 4K
I have rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled, logged out and back in, and the streaming app crashes on apple 4K. It will open then instantly close and go to the log on screen saying its is not available.
It works on my iPad.
why???
I had to cancel my service.

This link shows the Xfinity Stream app requirements for Partner devices. To access and watch 4K content on Apple TV, Xfinity Stream app version 1.10.0 or later is required. I know you stated there was only 1 app version when you checked. Does it show 1.10.0 or higher?
This link shows the Apple TV requirements for the Xfinity Stream app. The Xfinity Stream app works on any Apple TV device that supports tvOS version 15 or later. Is your TV version 15 or later?
