Stream app not working

“Xfinity Stream isn’t working on any device. My Roku gives me TVAPP-00231, the Xfinity Stream app doesn’t work on my phone, and streaming through the browser doesn’t work either. My physical Xfinity cable box works normally. I’ve already restarted and reinstalled the app. I need you to check my Xfinity Stream account provisioning and see if there’s a backend issue.”
