Stream app not working

Xfinity stream app wont work on my log TV’s anymore?  I’ve called 4 times and no one can help.  It keeps saying It has to be connected to my home network. But I am at home on my network

Please be assured we'll get this taken care of. Can you please Navigate to your device's WiFi settings and ensure that your current network is your in-home Xfinity WiFi network, rather than another local connection in the area (e.g., a coffee shop, a neighbor's WiFi or an Xfinity WiFi hotspot using the xfinitywifi SSID). Ensure you aren't connected to a VPN.-Richard
