I use the Xfinity Stream app on several devices, mostly Roku TV's and some streaming sticks. It's an excellent service and my favorite since I don't need to install coaxial cable!
I would love to investigate the issue for us and help resolve the issue for the Xfinity Stream app not working. Are you using a Roku stick or TV? Do you happen to have another device that you can access the Xfinity Stream app on like a mobile phone or tablet? I'm curious if the issue is specific to the roku device.
