Stream App - cannot record or view scheduled recordings
Hi - everything used to work but suddenly none of my scheduled recordings are viewable in the mobile app nor can I record a program via the app.
I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the app on both my phone and iPad. Same behavior.
I also performed a sync on the dvr box, but it said it was synced. We are using the X1 Cloud DRV service.
No one at Xfinity has any answers. Anyone else had this issue and were able to troubleshoot?
