Still no HBOMAX

It’s been about a month and a half and I’m still not able to access HBOMAX even though I have HBO! I have spoke to so many people in customer service with no help. I talked to somebody last week like the 10th one a least. He sounded Indian and this is how the conversation went he said “Well, Ma’am we know that there is a problem, but I can tell you everything is working ok, so it’s good”. I said “No, it’s not ok, because I’m not getting a service I’m paying for”. He said “But, it’s ok ma’am, everything is ok. I know it can be frustrating not getting this service”, I said “No, it’s not ok. You can’t tell me when this will be fixed. So, you can’t helped me?”. Then he started with “It’s ok”, again. I was going back and forth with him until I got frustrated and hung up. Then he called me back to tell me “It’s ok”. What do you want me to say “Thank you” when you’re totally useless? I tried chat room troubleshooting, it takes a half hour for them to get back to you. Why is this so complicated

and nobody can figure this out when so many people are having this problem? When you’re paying for this service you’re not trying to fix, it’s not fair and you’re ripping people off!
