Still a problem with DVR Bravo playback on IPad

I’ve seen that people have had the some problems with DVR playback only with Bravo and I have had the same problem.  It’s only with Bravo the the screen freezes and the audio continues.It’s been happening for years now! I even upgraded my IPad and app since, still no luck. It works fine on my TV but not on my devices. This is something Comcast should figure out since we pay such a high price for cable and extras.

Hello, @user_0cm5xb. We appreciate you reaching our team on Forums regarding the issues with the services. Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps other than upgrading your app and device? Also, have you attempted in any other device other than your TV and iPad?
