Spiderman brand new day audio glitch

When I try to watch the new Spider-Man I bought for $30, the whole Sony intro is censored out and it causes the movie to not be synced with the audio. It does not do this with any other movies I own, just Spider-Man brand new day. I’ve tried changing my audio output, deleting and redownloading xfinity stream, deleting data and it only works with audio description enabled which is very annoying. I’m watching on an insignia fire tv.
