Speaking to a live agent
How does one talk to a live agent or schedule a callback from a live agent? I changed my cable package this week, and I've had all sorts of technical issues and questions. The automatic phone system is no help, whatsoever. I can't seem to get to a live agent. I can't schedule a callback. I can't believe I'm paying so much for a cable package when the customer service is this horrible.
