Sound issues

Reporting the same issue everyone else is. What is the fix? My contract is up end of Jan. You have until exactly then before this becomes a non issue for me as I will be canceling my service.

Thank you for sharing that you are having this trouble as well. We do have another thread related to the volume issues with the Xfinity Stream app on Roku devices. You can find that thread here. The engineers are aware of the issue and working on the solution with the 6.10.0 update. If I may ask, what type of device are you using with the Xfinity Stream app now and what version is it on?
