Sound Dropout and Slow Response

Please fix your streaming app. I experience sound dropouts on all my AppleTVs (multiple versions) especially between commercials where one ends and the other begins. The number of complaints about this issue is astouding and you seem to do little more than ask us to check our cables. I assure you, as an IT professional my troubleshooting extends well beyond infrastructure issues. Other apps work flawlessly on my hardware.

Also, the LG Xfinity app loads slower than my granny waking up from a coma,  fix it.
