"Something went wrong" banner won't go away.

"Something went wrong" banner won't go away. Even though the TV Streaming seems to be working behind the banner. The banner includes the error code: TVAPP-00100.  I already did the troubleshooting (twice) and the TV streaming seems to be working now but the banner is blocking the view.

Problem solved! I saw a suggestion in another post and I tried it. On my ROKU TV, I went to the Xfinity Streaming app, clicked on the *options, and selected "restart". It worked!
