Someone to talk to that speaks good English.
I previously had Tivo where I could stream Netflix. Tivo box died and I signed up with Inifinity, but do not get Netflix though I am signed up and paying them monthly. How do I get Netflix added to my account and do I then pay you and cancel my account. HELP

Hello @user_pzppnx Do you have a log in directly through Netflix? You should be able to go to Netflix with your Xfinity box and then sign in to your account.
