my xfinity username works on one ipad and my iphone. when i enter it on my new ipad mini it says the username is incorrect

user_a6e7ca Thanks for reaching out with your login issue on one device you have using the same password as the others. Have you tried to reset the password at this time, and try the new password on all devices?
