Sign in to Xfinity stream on LG tv won’t work
Xfinity Steam not working on LG OLED65C8PUA serial #811RMWVC3377. The app installs on the TV. When I click launch it takes me to a sign in screen but clicking sign in does nothing. It won’t go beyond that screen

After hours of being on the phone with Xfinity and going through troubleshooting procedures numerous times with no luck I decided to call LG. I just go off the phone with LG and was made aware that the pointer on the LG remote is not integrated with the Xfinity Stream app. You have to use the directional button to navigate the screen then press the scroll button.
