Series Priority for DVR Recordings
How can I change Series Priority and manage my recordings from my laptop? The Series Priority tab doesn't come up and it is too hard to do with my tv remote.

Thank you for reaching out to us @califhulamommy! The primary way of prioritizing recordings is with the DVR. This article here has steps on how to prioritize recordings on the DVR.
While signed in our the Xfinity stream portal, are you able to access the series priority settings by navigating to the DVR tab in the Cloud DVR Collection section?
