Scheduled shows missing from streaming app
Starting yesterday, all of my scheduled shows went missing on the Xfinity streaming app only. They are still showing up on my actual X1 box.
I cannot set a new recording on the app and anything that I recorded yesterday it’s not showing up in my recorded shows list! I wish Xfinity would just get this problem resolved because I see tons of complaints about this on the message board!
I have restarted my system, refreshed my system, deleted and reinstall the streaming app, etc. nothing is helping

To send a direct message you may need to:
Click "Sign In"
Click the "direct message" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
