When using the xfinity stream app on my iphone, ipad or roku tv, none of my starred or favorites show up in the favorite list. It will appear from the all channels list that I have chose a channel as a favorite but it never displays in the actual list

Have you attempted to refresh the devices' internet connectivity after the selection is made? That is always a quick way to get the profile to reach out for a refresh. Excited to help you get this worked out. You can choose a station as a favorite by clicking the stars next to its number when using the Live TV tab. All the newly added favorites were updated on my TV's Roku app in roughly ten minutes. I personally have not attempted to do it from the Roku, but I would think it is around the same timeline.
