Roku Xfinity app needs subscription?
Account was working fine since our upgrade and random disconnect on Thursday messed our account up- 2 plus hours with phone chat led knower, every Chanel states need subscription!!!

yes every thing on my account works, except the Roku with the xfinity app- its like they took streaming away! we have the second highest tripple play- it worked fine till the disconnect.

on the main roku menu move to and highlight the Xfinity channel icon. press the star (*) key on the roku remote and remove the channel. Unplug the roku from both HDMI and power for 30 seconds or more then plug back in and reinstall the xfinity stream tv beta channel and sign in and accept the terms and conditions. working now?

an official comcast employee will usually respond within 72 hours of your post. it is likely there is a back office database that must be updated.
