Roku tvapp error 00100

The xfinity Stream App on my Roku kicked me out and won’t let me login. It was working fine this morning. I keep getting this error. Tvapp-00100 and it tells me to try again later. Looks like this has happened before according to  the forums. What was the solution? Thanks.

Just to review. I restarted my router, the Roku stick, unplugged the router and Roku stick, removed and reinstalled then Xfinity Stream App. The xfinity stream app works on my phone and I’m able to stream on my laptop. So I know my account is fine as well as the cable box on our other tv.

Anyone for Comcast out there that can give me any insight?? Hello?? Bueller??

Hi there @

thomas_r     I'm sorry to hear of the trouble with the Stream app on your Roku and I appreciate you providing the steps you've already taken.  We may need to log you out of the app on all devices and refresh your account, so we'll need to retrieve the account to do so. Could I have you send a Direct Message?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.

I no longer work for Comcast.
