Roku tcl tv “xfinity stream” “error - 500”

Tried to use Xfinity Stream. Did not send authorization code and gave an error “Code - 500.  Followed above suggestions included reinstalling app to no avail.  TCL Roku TV.  Did not see “System Reset”.  Only saw “Factory Reset”.  Tried “Software Update”, but all were listed as updated.  Frustrated at inability to run this Xfinity app!  Any help will be appreciated.

Did get activation codes.  However, they did not work.  Thanks!

Could you please send our team a direct message. Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
