ROKU, HBO GO

I have HBO GO on the computer and on my iPad.  I really want it on Roku, too.  Any chance of that???

I have called comcasts main office and given them this forum, as well as post atcdav's comment on the facebook page. "moderators. your next checks will be pink slips of paper".

They have also stopped sending the updates to users when posts have been deleted...until today, I would get an email about the forum being updated, even when Queenie or Jay deleted posts.  I've had two posts deleted today, the only updates are the posts that are still here.

Comcast apparently gives much more power to the executive in charge of revenue decisions than the executive in charge of Customer satisfaction and retention. Needless to say, Comcast gives very little weight to the voice of thousands of Customers who are unhappy not having access to HBO GO on Roku.

Please reconsider the decision to deny HBO GO on Roku and make the INVESTMENT in Customer satisfaction. Very disappointed in Senior Management's insensitivity to the voice of the Customer.

Get with it Comcast, add Roku support. I don't want to plug in my laptop everytime I want to access HBOgo for past HBO series and there is no reason I should have to when I have a perfectly capable Roku at my house. I have been loyal to Comcast for years.  Not providing Roku support doesn't help you keep me as a customer, it just makes me become more informed on your competitors prices and offerings. There should be weekly updates on this forum just to say "We still aren't listening to all of you" or "We are listening to you and this is where we are in the negotiations", so at least we know we should just go some where else rather then continue to waste our time with Comcast. So again, Get with it.

Wow for 1 Roku should make it clear on the Box that Xfinity is not supported !

2 Wake up Comcast we pay huge bills for horrible service.

I finally get a second Roku (Because i prefer watching it over cable) and find out i cant even add the HBO i just paid comcast to add specifically to use on the Roku!

Why do we not just use the cable box some asked? I will tell you why. The Roku in 1080p looks way better then the cable box does,Plus its a much simpler setup where everything looks and feels the same from streaming from my pc to watching Hulu or HBO so i thought.

This is another of the absolute jokes and ripoffs Comcast slaps on us. In my town Comcast is the only Internet so for 1 TV with basic channels,1HD box and HD service with just HBO plus intenrnet i pay over $130.00 remeber thats 1 TV i pay $15.00 for Hulu Plus and Netflix and have it on 3 TV's so we never watch the horrible cable repeats anyway.

Lol might ask why we have cable then if we hate it so much. Well we only had Internet through them before one of the pushy sales ladies scammed my wife into a package deal with promasis of free HBO and Streampix for the same price we were paying for internet around 80 dollars. Well what they didnt tell her was it was 1 TV and a SD box no HBO no HD no Streampix. a month later and 6 boxes later we finally have the horible Xfinity HD service with HBO thats so horrible i purchased another Roku box for the main tv also.

LOL just to find out yet again Comcast/Xfinity gets us.

WAKE UP COMCAST !

Come on Comcast make a deal with Roku, streaming television is the future! I was so frustrated when I found Comcast didn't provide HBOGO on my Roku. I'm a loyal Comcast customer and have never had a problem. However this is really frustrating, there's no reason not to provide your customers with access to the most devices and programming possible. After all I'm sure Dish or Century-Link would love to provide HBOGO to my Roku!

Please act quickly and hook up with Roku!

A loyal Comcast customer... For now.

Gee, thanks. It's good to know I'm not alone. Maybe if enough of us speak up, they'll listen. It's rather disappointing to me as a customer to see that Brighthouse, Cox & Verizon all provide that service for their subscribers, but Xfinity won't? Lucky for them they're the only game in town at this point with service like that.

I can get streampix on my Tivo but not on my Roku.   This means I have to get more Tivo boxes.

Would like to see Xfinity offer service over the Roku streaming device.
