ROKU, HBO GO

I have HBO GO on the computer and on my iPad.  I really want it on Roku, too.  Any chance of that???

Wow. I can't believe how many thread entries were just deleted. Even the ones about comcast not allowing proper filtering ( remival)of adult content . SHAMEFUL. !!' Apparently Dish and Direct TV are also verboten words

I think I will be emailing Strauss and Schwartz.

I tweeted both Strauss and Schwartz about over zealous censorship but I doubt they care enough to respond

So I cannot log into my HBIGO app on my android tablet. Is this also a banned subject?

I'll add my name to the list of people with comcast and hbo who can't get hbogo on Roku.  It's infuriating as has been pointed out that we're paying the same or more for cable and HBO than other providers, but not getting similar service... and for what reason, really...  very disappointed.

I just received a Roku 3 which I purchased in part to allow me to access HBO Go.  I am frustrated that Comcast Xfinity doesn't support ROKU streaming!    I really hope that they decide o do this

What's absolutely ridiculous is that we can stream it on PC, on iPhone/iPad, etc... so what's the big deal about streaming on the Roku?  Is it a small fee issue?  Comcast is so greedy they're willing to win the battle and lose the war (ie. lose customers)?  Clearly other providers don't have an issue with this...

When I'm out of my current contract with Comcast, I will need to look into switching because it's not just this one streaming issue, it's a longer-term question about Comcast's relationship with their customers and how much they value them.  Looks like other providers may be valuing customers more.  I mean, come on... this is where the industry is going.  Get with the program or be left behind.

Meanwhile, we should get a discount on our HBO fees since we're not getting as much as one can get from other providers for the same subscription.

I am adding my name to the list of users that want to see HBOGO via the Roku.  I pay Comcast $300 a month and feel cheated by not having this service added to the Roku.

Comcast - you are always advertising your outstanding customer service now is the time to listen to your customers.

I have seen posts stating this will send your customers over to AT&T - LISTEN COMCAST, LISTEN.

So, posting 1002 in this thread which is a couple of years old now.

Basic cable = no on demand of anything.  Even the HBO that I'm paying for.  I can watch HBO online (not convenient - I have a television for a reason).  I even have the HBO GO - but can't watch it on Roku either.

This is really poor service for an exorbinant amount of money.  Basic cable and internet for $100/mo.  Seriously.  Monopolies suck!

I quit UVerse which I liked to come to Comcast Xfinity.  What a mistake!!! Fortunately I don't have a contract so I'll be switching back to UVerse.   All things considered what you get from UVerse is much better than what Comcast offers for an equal or lesser amount of money.

I noticed that no one says that they will switch to DirecTV!  hmmmm.  Why is that I wonder?  Ha ha.

YES PLEASE!

I purchased my Roku so I could watch Netflix and HBOGO on it.

Yet ANOTHER reason why Comcast is such a frustrating company. If it wasn't my only option (other than satellite) I definitely would not have it.

I keep hearing good things about Dish. Maybe Dish with comcast Internet is a viable alternative.
